After a long time we have the confirmed information regarding the pattern of IIT-JEE from 2013.The name has changed to Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test(ISEET).
In IIT-JEE there will be 2 test on single day.
1)There will be a 'MAIN TEST' which includes objective type questions.
this main test is of 50% and 50% will be from 12th board .
50%(Main test) + 50%(12th board)=100%
TOP 50,000 are going to be selected from above and they will be eligible for the next exam.
2) ADVANCE TEST:-
this advance test will follow the same criteria as previous IIT-JEE was conducting earlier.
Now after this exam:-
30%(Advance test) + 30%(Main test) + 40%(12th Board )=100%
from this aggregate, top 8000* are going to be IITians.
